School's back in session, all the summer drama has faded and there's new buzz taking over, and Rory's been all over the place, making music! What have you been up to this fall?

Have you checked out any TV series - new or returning? Everyone's talking about Gossip Girl, especially the Parent's Television Council, which vehemently disapproves of the show. Also from the CW are new series "Privileged" and a re-boot of classic 90210.

As I'm sure you've all heard, New Kids On The Block are back together, and in full force! Their new album is called, "The Block." They're starting their tour next week on September 18, 2008, which consists of 48 show dates throughout the U.S. and Canada. Anyone attending any of them?? I'm sure their set will consist of some of their popular songs from the 80's and 90's like Hangin Tough, Step By Step, or You Got It (The Right Stuff). And I've heard that Colby O'Donis is one of their opening acts. Let's wait and see!

Who's watching the VMA's on Sunday? Probably just about everyone. There will be performances by numerous people, including Kanye West, Pink, Lil Wayne, Katy Perry, Rihanna, Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears (yes...it was confirmed), Kid Rock, and T.I. Britney Spears will be opening up, DJ AM and Travis Barker will be mixing live drum beats and scratching records throughout the show, and Kanye West is said to be the closer.

In the past couple of weeks since Michael Phelps took the Water Cube by storm, the big-footed cutie hasn't been on the radar so much. But America's sweetheart is back in the USA and about to take over the airwaves. Phelps will appear on the season premiere of Oprah as part of a delegation of 150 Olympians visiting the set. He'll also be a presenter at the MTV Video Music Awards. Rumors are swirling - will Britney perform? Won't she? Will she pull off another revolutionary comeback? Make heads turn because of her outfit, accessory, or boy toy on her arm? Tune in to find out!
