-What's the scoop - is Ashlee Simpson pregnant or not? The singer plans to wed Fallout Boy Pete Wentz on May 16 in a secret location that will only be announced to wedding guests an hour prior to the ceremony. Since they only recently announced upcoming nuptials, why the race down the aisle? Wentz has denied pregnancy claims, but Ashlee and her rep are refusing to refute the rumors, which has set the media abuzz with news of a shotgun wedding and a baby on the way.

-Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey have CONFIRMED rumors of their Bahama marriage! The record-setting pop diva's new husband is nearly 12 years her junior.

-Madonna's newest album, "Hard Candy," has debuted at Number 1 on the charts, as predicted. Sales aren't nearly as high as they were for Mariah Carey's "E = MC2" or Madonna's 2005 album, "Confessions on a Dance Floor." However, in an off year for record sales, her results are more than respectable.

-Tween star Miley Cyrus, a.k.a. Disney's Hannah Montana, was named to Time's 100, where she counts among her esteemed peers the Dalai Llama, Hillary Clinton, and Barack Obama.
