Small Dogs

Not to be mean or anything....but I don't understand WHY people choose to carry their small dogs with them EVERYWHERE they go.

I was in the bank today, and all of a sudden I heard this screeeeeechy cry. I turned to my left and saw this little girl jump up...and right below her was a small dog...looked like a Shitzu or something. The dog barked and nipped at this poor little girl who was only trying to pet it!

I mean, COME ON. Why would you take your dang dog into the bank with you??????????? I just don't get it. Leave it in the car!!! Isn't that what most people do? I see those small dogs everywhere...in the mall, restaurants, banks, grocery store. COME ON PEOPLE!!! Read the dang signs on the front of doors that say "no dog allowed" unless they are guide dogs or guide dogs in training.
