In the past couple of weeks since Michael Phelps took the Water Cube by storm, the big-footed cutie hasn't been on the radar so much. But America's sweetheart is back in the USA and about to take over the airwaves. Phelps will appear on the season premiere of Oprah as part of a delegation of 150 Olympians visiting the set. He'll also be a presenter at the MTV Video Music Awards. Rumors are swirling - will Britney perform? Won't she? Will she pull off another revolutionary comeback? Make heads turn because of her outfit, accessory, or boy toy on her arm? Tune in to find out!
