School's back in session, all the summer drama has faded and there's new buzz taking over, and Rory's been all over the place, making music! What have you been up to this fall?

Have you checked out any TV series - new or returning? Everyone's talking about Gossip Girl, especially the Parent's Television Council, which vehemently disapproves of the show. Also from the CW are new series "Privileged" and a re-boot of classic 90210.

ABC Family's "Secret Life of the American Teenager" closed its first season with stellar ratings. The new cable channel original series bested The CW's Gossip Girl and 90210, pulling in nearly 5 million viewers. Ironic fact? Jason Priestley, of original 90210 wholesome nice guy fame, directed the popular ep of "Secret Life..."

Prime time dramas and comedies are set to return in the next couple of weeks. What will you be tuning into? Or is TV so 2007? What's 2008's hot topic?
